You retain ownership of content you submit to Classity (assignments, forum posts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating and improving our services.

Some courses require payment. All fees are stated in USD and must be paid before accessing paid content. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect courses you've already purchased.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. The following conditions apply:

• You must have completed less than 30% of the course

• Bulk purchases and subscriptions may have different refund terms

• Certificates cannot be issued for refunded courses

• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse

Completion certificates are awarded based on successfully completing course requirements. Certificates are for personal use and professional development. They do not represent accredited academic credits unless explicitly stated. You may not alter or misrepresent any certificate issued by Classity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Unauthorized access to your account or data

• Any conduct by third parties on the platform

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Classity in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Classity, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Your misuse of our services

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Classity immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Extended period of inactivity

• Request by you to delete your account

• Upon termination, your right to use Classity will immediately cease. You may lose access to any content or data associated with your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect

• Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Classity
